Job Description
- Setting up new computer for new joiner
- Assist and troubleshoot for any computer and printer related issue
- Assist and guide user on MS Office product, printing and email
- Assist to setup handheld machine
- Assist to troubleshoot for handheld machine
- Assist to log call to support/ principle if unable to resolve any IT related issue
- Assist to prepare for IT stock movement, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and etc
- Assist to liaise with outlet store if there is any issue
- Assist and arrange to send IT stock to new opening outlet
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
