Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Purchasing team in daily operations, reporting, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and category priorities
- Update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and purchase records
- Track purchase orders and delivery status
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing and support timely submission to Finance
- Support purchasing activities in accordance with SOPs and company policies
- Prepare and update purchase cost, supplier performance, and material reports
- Assist in planning material orders and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR)
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and support issue or complaint resolution

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, or inventory systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive
