Production Supervisor

Role Purpose

To manage and execute daily production operations including production planning, machine monitoring, technical troubleshooting, safety compliance, and operational workflow to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedule to ensure production targets and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Monitor and handle basic machine troubleshooting, machine condition, wiring, piping, and operational technical issues within the factory.
• Ensure machines and production equipment are functioning properly to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
• Monitor production workflow, manpower arrangement, material readiness, and overall operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain workplace safety practices, 5S standards, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) culture within production operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production team to ensure smooth production flow and execution.
• Prepare production reports, monitor product quality, and support operational improvement initiatives for better productivity and organization.

Requirements

• Diploma or experience in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in factory or production environment.
• Knowledge in machinery, production process, safety, basic wiring, piping, Kaizen, and 5S implementation.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to solve operational issues independently.
• Able to work under pressure and manage factory operations efficiently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
