Ashford Benjamin are pleased to be supporting a growing, global Hedge Fund, who are building their Asia presence.

As part of this build, it has created a new headcount for a Compliance Officer who will be responsible for the full suite of duties, inclusive of both trade compliance and general compliance.

Reporting to the Asia Head of Compliance, you will monitor new laws and regulations in China, provide trading advisory across China and APAC, oversee AML, and undertake any further ad-hoc related duties. This is a wonderful new position that will suit a Compliance professional with global markets/ asset management experience who’s interested in joining a hedge fund.

To be qualified, you must have prior experience in compliance covering China market, familiar with CSRC/ PBOC/ SAFE rules and regulations. Mandarin is essential.
