About the role

We are looking for a IT manager - Data Platform to design and execute a comprehensive data platform strategy that aligns technical architecture with long-term business goals. You will be managing a diverse team of internal and external specialists, you will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and executive decision-making to foster a culture of innovation.

• Design and implement a modern data roadmap that supports organizational vision and scalability.
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance cloud environments using industry best practices.
• Lead and coach a high-performing squad of data experts to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish robust data security protocols and governance policies across the enterprise.
• Act as the primary SME to translate complex data concepts into actionable business narratives.
• Oversee the deployment of advanced analytics and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

• With 10+ years in data-related roles, with team leading experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and BI frameworks, Azure Data Factory would be highly desirable.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and visualization tool.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships within a diverse workforce.
