About the job
We are delighted to offer the opportunity to apply for Management Trainee positions across our multi-award winning global restaurant collection.
Zuma is a Japanese izakaya restaurant with a modern twist on the traditional style of informal dining. Using the best ingredients combined with the knowledge and respect for authentic Japanese cuisine, Zuma has established itself as a world renowned restaurant. Currently located in London, Hong Kong, Dubai, Istanbul, Miami, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Datca Peninsula, New York, Rome, Las Vegas, Bodrum Yalikavak Marina, Phuket, Mykonos, Boston, Madrid, Maldives and Ibiza. Zuma truly is a global force in the world of hospitality.
You will begin your journey with us by spending a minimum of two weeks in our kitchen seeing how our food is created and presented. We feel it is absolutely vital to your development with us that you whole heartedly understand our product and what sets us apart from others.
After you have completed your time in the kitchen you will work your way through the entry level roles in the restaurant, getting to know what it's like to work in a business like ours. Get to grips with that and you'll move towards being a Waiter and beyond!
After you have successfully completed all sections we will then begin focussing on your managerial development, partnering you with current managers to expose you to all areas of managerial responsibility.
