The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager.
Job Summary
Ensures a safe environment for the hotel staff and guests and protects the assets of the hotel
Supervises and trains Loss Prevention Staff and is a driver of The Ritz-Carlton Philosophy and Quality
Adhere to local regulations concerning Hong Kong Laws, Fire, Lift and Safety, Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC), hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the service industry, preferably in hotel
Holder of Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit
Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHC requirements and fire codes and life safety codes
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
Display leadership qualities and be innovative to strive for continuous improvements
