Job Responsibilities:
Actively source and secure MICE business from local and international markets, with a strong focus on emerging markets;

Build and maintain relationships with professional associations to secure annual conferences, congresses, and meetings;

Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans, including client entertainment, site inspections, and post-event follow-ups;

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and recommend sales action;

Work closely with internal operation departments, i.e. Banquets/Conference Services, and Finance to ensure smooth event conversion and delivery;

Assist with reporting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate account activity and pipeline tracking.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales (preferably MICE) or event sales in a related industry;

Strong sales mindset, with ability to build relationships and manage the MICE sales cycle;

Excellent communication and presentation skills;

Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritie;

Fluent in English, Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus;

Willingness to travel for client meetings/site inspections as required.
