Job Summary

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations;
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, claims, OT, and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS;
• Manage and oversee staff benefit claims and payroll-related allowances, including staff lunch, meal claim, petrol allowance, overtime, and other employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and confidential files;
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing candidates, onboarding, and offboarding;
• Prepare employment letters, HR documents, contracts of service, and related documentation for employees and agents.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Assist in employee/agents engagement initiatives and internal HR coordination.
• Support company expansion plans, branch operations, and organizational development initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on payroll experience, preferably in a service provider industry.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR functions independently;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
