Responsibilities
Contract period: 12 months (Renewable and Convertible)
Work location: Tuas
Work Hours: 12-hours rotating shifts
Completion Bonus
Monthly Shift Premium: $250/mth
Monthly transport allowance: $250/mth
Shift Allowance: $20/day shift, $52/night shift
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist Supervisor in coordinating activities in the manufacturing operation.
To operate, monitor and maintain Packaging, Dry Blending, Wet processing, UHT, Evaporator, Spray Dryer, CIP system and Powder transport system and equipment in compliance with Plant safety and Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP).
Accountable for the on-the-job safety and health of contractors or vendors under his direct supervision.
Meet site EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) performance objectives set by management as well as functional group concerned.
Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, and responds to alerts during production.
Handles production materials within the facilities and performs cleaning and sterilisation activities.
Tasked with the day-to-day operations of individual manufacturing equipment.
Must adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times in order to protect both employees as well as the quality of the products.
Requirements:
· NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline or GCE "N/ 0/ A" Level with at least 1 to 3 years of experience
· 1 year of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical Plant is preferred
· Knowledge in SAP and with experience in can or pouch packing.
· Able to do shift work.
· Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
