Duties 

The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Exploring ligand-metal secondary interactions: rational design of tunable phosphine ligands for enhanced catalytic performance”.

Qualifications

Applicants should have: 

(a)    a bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or related disciplines or an equivalent qualification;

(b)    a strong command of written and spoken English for literature review, data reporting, and day-to-day communication;

(c)    good knowledge of and working experience in organic chemistry and catalysis; and

(d)    proven proficiency in modern synthetic techniques, including multistep organic synthesis, purification and characterisation.
