Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and order management.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners.
  • Lead commercial discussions related to pricing, delivery schedules, service agreements, and procurement terms.
  • Monitor purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
  • Coordinate closely with inventory and operations teams to support material planning and stock availability.
  • Oversee shipment coordination and logistics activities to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Track inbound shipments and resolve transportation or delivery-related issues when necessary.
  • Ensure procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, purchasing reports, and related operational data.
  • Support budgeting activities, cost analysis, and procurement performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance procurement efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen operational capability and performance.
  • Support the implementation and utilization of procurement systems and inventory management tools.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
