Summary

Exciting development opportunity for Event Planning and Sales starter with the flagship ASPAC property of Hyatt.

What you will do:
  • Follows up sales leads whenever required or assigned by the Event Sales Managers/ Executives.
  • Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department in a timely manner.
  • Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts and faxes and various types of business letters to external customers.
  • Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
  • Respond to all telephone calls or inquiries, ensure information/messages are accurately received and relayed to the managers concerned in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates from hospitality / tourism related degree or diploma.
  • Working experience in hotel operations in a luxury international hotel would be desirable.
  • Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
