Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including preparing quotations and responding to email enquiries
- Prepare and print product labels
- Coordinate and relay customer orders from business clients to the kitchen team
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO, HACCP, and Halal certification documents
- Purchase inventory and ingredients from suppliers
- Receive incoming goods and coordinate with delivery personnel for proper storage
- Prepare delivery orders and invoices when required
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Experience is preferred, but applicants without experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
