About the role

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications and/or tender specifications.
  
• Conceptualize and recommend technical solutions to support the business requirements.
  
• Work with Procurement to issue tender, evaluate proposals and award project tender.
  
• Be the project manager to manage the Project Budget and the Software Development Life Cycle from start to end
  
• Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, depending on the project’s needs.
  
• Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery.
  

Skills and experience required

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  
• For Asst Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
  
• For (Senior) System Analyst: Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
  
• Strong technical knowledge in Unix/Linux based environment
  
• Proficiency in programming (Java, JavaScript, Angular, Unix Shell Scripting), relational databases and related SQL scripting (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
