Job Description:

• Receive the New drawing from sales.
• Pick the Quotation number from RFQ master list.
• Study the new drawing.
• Get the quote from supplier like -Treatment, Painting, Silkscreen, Standard items, Beadblast & Material (local & Overseas).
• Price negotiation with supplier on Specified new parts.
• Maintain the database of supplier quotation according supplier name.
• Calculating the process cost as per drawing with Costing sheet.
• Discuss about the possibilities of manufacturing withEngineering Team.
• Propose the Technical issues to customer through Quote.
• Send the completed RFQ to sales team.
• Cost Evaluation for Existing project & parts asper management request.
• Check & Decide the supplier for running parts.
• Cost down exercise with supplier based on customersrequest.
• Supplier Transfer for existing items.
• Send Drawings & Target price to supplier upon request.
• Costing Information Send to Buyer on New projects with suppliers quote.
• Attend Internal FA meeting for those information Sharing with Other Team.
• Technical Support to sales team for new projects. Customer meeting upon sales request.
• Monitor overall Quotation Schedule with Subordinate.
• Commit & Updates with sales team on Quotation Submission date.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Some knowledge of costing methods and estimation techniques.
• Understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Excel, 3D model viewing software and ERP systems.
