Hiring: Assistant Manager / Floor Assistant
French Steakhouse – East Joo Chiat
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager / Floor Assistant to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone hardworking, reliable, and eager to grow within the company. We are looking for a team player with leadership skills, initiative, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
• Support daily restaurant operations
• Lead and coordinate the floor team
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Maintain high service and hygiene standards
• Assist with staff training and teamwork
• Take initiative and contribute to the restaurant’s growth
Schedule
• Full-time position
• 5.5 working days/week
• 1.5 weekday off
• Restaurant open daily
Salary
$1,800-$3,500 according experience
Requirements
• F&B experience preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn and grow with the company
