Requirements

  •  Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or Industrial IoT.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a major advantage (for our primary laundry operator demographic).
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to explain IoT concepts (hardware-software integration, payment gateways) to non-technical business owners.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for site visits.
  • Mindset: A "Hunter" mentality. Highly organized and capable of working independently under a high-accountability management framework.

Responsibilities

 Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our flagship product, Laundro, and spearhead our entry into the automation market. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: from identifying laundry operators and wellness business owners to closing high-value hardware-plus-SaaS contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Hunting: Identify and reach out to self-service laundry operators and wellness centers (spas, salons, gyms) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site demonstrations of the Laundro management system and our upcoming unstaffed front-desk solutions.
  • Subscription Migration: Work with existing clients to transition them into our long-term subscription and support models.
  • Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing regional clients (Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, etc.) to ensure retention.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain data-driven transparency by logging all sales activities and pipeline statuses in our internal tools.
