  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an added advantage 
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills 
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using systems/data entry platforms 
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly? Join our growing team as a Logistics & Fulfilment Executive, where you will play an important role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment, smooth logistics coordination, and excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, has strong coordination skills, and takes pride in ensuring operations are executed accurately and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities

Purchase Order Processing & Order Management

  • Accurately process and input Purchase Orders (POs) into internal systems 
  • Verify and reconcile purchase orders against invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness 
  • Ensure all order information is updated and tracked efficiently 

Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers for timely shipment and delivery arrangements 
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up to avoid delays 
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth fulfilment execution 

Shipping Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and manage shipping documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists (CIPL), and export/import documentation 
  • Ensure all shipment processes comply with customs and regulatory requirements 
  • Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy 

Document Administration & Record Management

  • Organise and maintain fulfilment records including invoices, POs, shipment documents, and correspondence 
  • Ensure documents are filed systematically for operational tracking and audit purposes 

Warehouse & Fulfilment Support

  • Support daily warehouse activities including picking, scanning, packing, and palletising 
  • Assist in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time 
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency
