Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Business Development & Marketing Executive to support regional growth across key regional markets.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and client engagement, supporting lead generation, partnerships, events, and proposal development for our AI-powered compliance platform.

You will work closely with our Head of Partnership and senior leadership to drive pipeline growth and strengthen market presence.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Support outbound and inbound lead generation initiatives across target markets in APAC.
  • Identify and qualify prospects including:

Regulated financial institutions and regulated entities

Identify new opportunities, sectors, and client segments


2. Events & Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute events, including:

Industry seminars, webinars, roundtables, and conferences

Participation in fintech and regulatory-focused events

  • Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups
  • Support development of marketing materials


3. Channel Partnerships & Relationship Management

  • Support onboarding and management of channel partners, including introducers, Industry associations
  • Maintain regular engagement with partners to drive referrals and joint opportunities


4. Proposal & Client Support

  • Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch materials, and engagement letters
  • Coordinate internally with compliance, operations, and product teams to gather inputs
  • Support client meetings by preparing briefing materials and follow-up actions


5. Marketing & Brand Support

  • Support execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email campaigns, LinkedIn and content marketing
  • Assist in developing regulatory insights, articles, and client communications
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all materials


Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in:
  • Business development, marketing, or client-facing roles
  • Financial services, consulting, fintech, or professional services preferred
  • Experience supporting events, proposals, or partnerships is a strong advantage


Skillset

  • Strong project management skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and interest in financial services and regulatory environments
  • Proficiency in AI tools (will be tested during interview)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe illustrator or equivalent software

Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in Big 4 is preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory technology or compliance or B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
