- Data Management & Reporting
- Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, systems, and dashboards.
- Partner Billing & Payout Oversight
- Manage partner billing and payout cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.
- Reconcile financial data across systems and partner records to resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance and partner teams to streamline and optimize billing workflows.
- Ad-hoc Initiative Coordination
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
- Assist in developing pitch decks, proposal slides, and presentation materials for internal and external use.
- Manage timelines, communication, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of assigned initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
- Proven work experience in data analysis or as a Project Manager.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisation.
- Equip with people management skills is advantageous.
- Knowledge of logistics networks / retail networks is a bonus
