Job Description
- Develop, implement, and execute business development and growth strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Identify, design, and implement solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Lead end-to-end stakeholder management, including project planning, coordination, and successful roll-out of initiatives.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and assignments with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and analyze project performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Finances, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Self-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to execution.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Preferred - Proven project management experience, preferably in fast-paced or dynamic environments.
- Preferred - Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution
