Responsibilities
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIE
Work closely with the General Manager for the daily operations, manpower management, marketing and sales and profitability of all outlets. Training & Development of new employees. Recruitment of employees.
Ensure compliance with Company's policies and procedures.
Responsible for staff rostering, perform outlet inspection, quality of products, service, and outlet ambience to meet Company's standards. Timely submission of monthly reporting.
Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by management
