Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Plan,Implement and control production schedule.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process and cycle time.
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, human and materials resources
- Work out/Set and adhere to standard operating procedures for production operations.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to 5S, health quality control and safety procedures
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent
- Experience in Semiconductor is an added advantage.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Planning and organizing.
- Good Communication skills.
- Influencing and leading a team.
