Job Description
- Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment
- Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse
- Conduct data analyzes on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plan for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess & negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency
- Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or any related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in workforce management within e-Commerce, supply chain or similar industry
- Analytical, detail oriented and is comfortable working with data
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and adaptable to changes
- Prior involvement in full spectrum of project lifecycle from framework design up to execution
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
