Job Description
- Establish processes to collect and analyze internal and external market data to derive operation insights
- Develop operations strategies and support the operations and logistic teams in executing the strategies
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
- Be the oracle that can spot dangers and pitfalls down-the-road by analysing trends and taking a critical view of existing operation strategy
- Automate reporting processes as needed by the team and the company
- Bachelor’s degree in numerical/analytical field is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must
- Knowledge in Python is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analysis related work
- Proficiency in automation of tasks and reports
- Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex consideration
- Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner
