We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team.
As a Café Service Crew, you will play an essential role in delivering friendly and efficient service to customers, preparing quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Take and process orders accurately at the counter or table.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and light food items.
Ensure tables, counters, and café areas are kept clean and tidy.
Assist with stock replenishment and café upkeep.
Handle cash, POS transactions, and customer inquiries.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and café service standards.
Work as a team to support smooth café operations.
