Job Description
Carry out assigned responsibilities for selected initiatives/ programmes. This includes data preparation and launching of workflows/ processes in systems, providing first-level responses to stakeholders, creation of videos/slides and administrative/ logistical support
Provide prompt support to the talent attraction team in recruitment and management, including scheduling and coordinating interview arrangements with the relevant stakeholders, and attending to onboarding requests, across talent programme hires and experienced hires
Engage with new hires and employees for onboarding matters
Undertake recruitment of temporary or support staff to meet the organisation's needs
Administer HR processes, organise and/or prepare reports and resources, and maintain HR systems to ensure smooth operations, and payment processing for procured services
Administering processes to facilitate record keeping and maintenance of personnel files and data entry into HR systems
Maintaining division databases for tracking of hiring data
