Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The selected candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of Ssquad Global. Responsibilities will include conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with teams across Cybersecurity and IT services. The role requires active engagement with external stakeholders, project teams, and partners to identify and deliver tailored IT solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Infrastructure Management, or Cloud Technology solutions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, and generate leads
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business tools
• Experience working in the IT services or technology sector is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
