As Assistant Manager, Brand, you will play a key role in driving brand growth through impactful marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships. You will develop a strong understanding of our products, brand positioning, customer behaviours, and market landscape to strengthen brand relevance, engagement, and business performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all touchpoints.


What You'll Do:

  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviours, digital culture, and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Translate customer insights, cultural shifts, and emerging trends into relevant marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Define and communicate clear product value propositions and consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Support the development and execution of annual brand and marketing strategies for key customer audiences.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across offline and digital channels to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand affinity.
  • Develop content and messaging tailored for highly engaged and fast-evolving audience segments.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that encourage customer participation, advocacy, and organic shareability.
  • Support and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, co-marketing opportunities, and creator engagements to strengthen brand presence.
  • Coordinate and manage brand activations, events, and on-ground engagements to deliver impactful customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product features, campaign objectives, and communication strategies.
  • Track, evaluate, and optimise campaign performance based on customer insights and key performance metrics.


Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an advertising agency, brand management, or marketing role.
  • Experience managing campaigns or initiatives for targeted customer audiences and communities is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and integrated marketing execution.
  • Familiarity with social-first marketing, digital engagement trends, and evolving content consumption behaviours.
  • Experience working with creators, communities, partnerships, or lifestyle-focused campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and highly attuned to emerging trends, digital experiences, and evolving customer expectations.
