Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms (Job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc) and manage employer branding efforts to attract top candidates
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, referrals and headhunting.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics
Prepare work equipment for new joiner
Conduct orientation to introduce company policies, procedure and culture
Collect company asset and update asset list
