We’re looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support Specialist / System Administrator / Helpdesk Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system stability, and user support across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining reliable IT systems and infrastructure. ️

ROLE MISSION

To provide efficient IT support, system maintenance, and infrastructure reliability, ensuring all users and systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime. ️

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES️ IT Support & Helpdesk
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Assist users with system access, setup, and configurations
  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations across teams
System Administration
  • Maintain and monitor IT systems, servers, and networks
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
  • Support system installations, upgrades, and configurations
  • Ensure system security, backups, and data protection
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Infrastructure & Maintenance
  • Support network setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain IT equipment including PCs, printers, and devices
  • Assist in system maintenance and preventive checks
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support
  • Ensure infrastructure stability and reliability
Documentation & Reporting
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures
  • Maintain IT inventory and system records
  • Prepare reports on system performance and incidents
  • Support IT process improvements and standardization
  • Contribute to IT knowledge base and user guides

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Understanding of IT security and system administration basics
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar tools is advantageous
