We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of community engagement and preparedness initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups in Singapore.

The successful candidate will play a key role in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, training administration and operational support within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of community engagement and preparedness programmes.
• Liaise with community organisations, partners, vendors and stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation and outreach efforts.
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, engagement activities and related operational requirements.
• Manage programme administration, including scheduling, registrations, logistics coordination and documentation.
• Support communications and engagement efforts, including content updates, stakeholder correspondence and publicity coordination.
• Track programme data and prepare operational reports, feedback summaries and statistics.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement activities that may occasionally take place outside standard office hours.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, community partnerships or related functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to learn.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with community organisations, non-profit organisations or public sector stakeholders will be advantageous.
• Prior experience supporting training, engagement or outreach initiatives is a plus.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds effectively will be advantageous.
