Job Summary
Lead and manage daily project operations, ensuring timely execution, cost control, manpower deployment, and engineering support to deliver high-quality security system projects aligned with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations to ensure timely execution and adherence to project timelines
- Develop and control project budgets, cost estimates, and manage project costing to optimize resource allocation
- Plan and deploy manpower efficiently based on call traffic patterns and workload requirements
- Monitor and control work progress, preparing progress reports and claims submissions for management review
- Oversee technician task deployment, ensuring all tasks meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with main contractors to resolve project issues and conduct regular project reviews
- Provide engineering support to project teams and customers, including performing field work as required
- Manage project scope and variation orders to maintain project objectives and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with clients on project activities, including attending meetings and facilitating discussions
- Identify opportunities for project process improvements and recommend actionable solutions to management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Management team
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management within related fields
- Proficient in Project Management, Building Management Systems (BMS), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), and Security Systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented attitude
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with BMS and AutoCAD software

- Work schedule includes 5.5 work days per week
