We are seeking a hands-on Java Full Stack Technical Lead to lead enterprise-scale digital banking initiatives across mobile, web, and backend platforms. The candidate should possess strong architecture skills along with active coding experience in modern full-stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development for banking applications
• Architect scalable solutions using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS
• Drive modernization and migration initiatives
• Mentor development teams and conduct technical reviews
• Manage architecture governance and solution reviews
• Ensure compliance with banking security standards
• Drive Agile delivery and release management

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• ReactJS, TypeScript, Redux
• Microservices & REST APIs
• CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• BFSI and Digital Banking experience
• System design and architecture patterns

Preferred Skills:

• Mobile banking exposure
• AI-assisted SDLC experience
