• Provide technical expertise, especially execution safety and methodology during tenders
• Ensure that the tender meets the overhead & budgetary planning targets of the project, and comply to tender & contractual requirements
• Work closely with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and value chain partners
• Ensure that commercial aspects of the project are well managed and financial targets are achieved
• Oversee and manage the project team to ensure timely delivery according to planned milestone dates in the project, within resources allocated and in compliance with contractual requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on development projects from project inception to handover.
• Responsible for project management for entire project life-cycle.
• Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy.
• Develop project brief, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts.
• Identify project interface issues and work with all interfacing parties to develop mitigation measures.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and meets the specified quality standards.
• Able to work independently and lead project teams.
• Manage project team dynamics and assign appropriate tasks to the relevant team members.

Requirements

• Possess a Master in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 25 years relevant experience in the construction industry especially with deep tunnel experiences.
• Must have project management experience in multi-disciplinary engineering infrastructure projects.
