Responsibilities:

• Conduct training, briefings, and awareness initiatives to promote data protection best practices and strengthen organisational compliance culture.
• Provide guidance on managing data breaches and incidents in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform data protection audits and collaborate with stakeholders to integrate compliance measures into business processes.
• Handle internal and external data protection queries and support departmental operations, administrative tasks, and ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to learn and improve in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage tasks independently and meet timelines.
• Creative, analytical, and resourceful with good problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in graphic design, healthcare, data protection/compliance, or training/facilitation is advantageous.
