Our Client:

• Construction Industry
• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.15pm
• West
• UP $3,000 Gross + VB + Mobile Allowance

Responsibilities:

• Handle admin tasks and support the project team.
• Type and share project documents (e.g., contracts, purchase orders, letters); keep paper and digital files per company rules.
• Track project info for the team as needed.
• Follow up with subcontractors on paperwork like claims, certificates, delivery orders.
• Help with project closeout and prepare O&M manuals.
• Work with Project Director/Manager(s) to meet department goals.
• Help prepare project documents like cashflow, progress claims, insurance, schedules.
• Order supplies for the team/office.
• Keep workspaces and files neat and organized.
• Set up project binders; order drawings from local printers.
• Help prepare and send punch lists to vendors/subcontractors.
• Save all project documents per company/client requirements.
• Join project/team meetings as needed.
• Help plan manager schedules, meetings, interviews, and travel (if assigned).
• Assist with rolling out new company procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of site administration working experiences.
• Singaporeans only!
