Job Scope:
1. Undertake on-site installation, commissioning, disassembly, relocation, routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electroplating production line equipment to ensure stable and continuous operation.

2. Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical failures of electroplating equipment, including mechanical structures, transmission systems, pumps, valves, instruments and circulation pipelines.

3. Be responsible for equipment circuit wiring, line maintenance, electrical component replacement and safety inspection, with solid knowledge of basic electrical specifications.

4. Perform cutting, bonding, installation, pressure testing and leakage repair of plastic pipelines (PP/PVC etc.) adapted to chemical fluid working conditions of electroplating process.

5. Skillfully conduct general welding works including arc welding, argon arc welding and gas welding, for metal component repair, support fabrication and pipeline welding.

6. Complete equipment maintenance records, spare parts inventory and on-site 5S management, and cooperate with production and project schedules.

7. Follow company dispatch, be available for emergency maintenance, temporary business trips and on-site customer service at any time.

Job Requirements

1. Technical certificate / Vocational diploma or above, major in Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Equipment Installation or related fields is preferred.

2. Experience in electroplating equipment / surface treatment equipment installation and maintenance is highly preferred; candidates with industrial equipment on-site maintenance experience are also welcome.

3. Proficient in circuit wiring & maintenance, plastic pipeline construction and general welding operations; able to work independently with engineering drawings and handle failures independently.

4. Strong hands-on ability, hardworking, adaptable to on-site work, emergency on-call and business travel arrangements.

5. Rigorous and responsible, with strong safety awareness, in compliance with Singapore on-site work safety regulations.

6. Hold valid Singapore welding / electrical skill certificates is preferred; Class 3 driving license and ability to drive for field work is a plus.

7. Fluent in Mandarin; basic English literacy for reading equipment drawings and labels is acceptable.

8. Travel Requirement: Willing to travel locally in Singapore and short-term regional trips across Southeast Asia; travel allowance is provided separately
