Air Export Operations Executive

Salary: $3,200 basic +OT
Working Hours: 5-day week, fixed shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Weekend Duty: Saturday & Sunday rotation among team members

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air Export Operations Executive to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient export cargo operations from documentation to final flight execution.

You will work closely with internal teams, airline systems, and external partners to ensure every shipment is processed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Air Export Customer Service team to execute outbound shipment instructions
• Review and acknowledge shipment job sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Verify shipment documents to ensure compliance and identify any undeclared dangerous goods (DG)
• Escalate discrepancies or uncertainties promptly to Customer Service for clarification
• Perform accurate data entry into CW1 / CIMS for shipment processing
• Prepare draft Air Waybills (House / Master / Direct) as required
• Organize cargo collection notes and match them with corresponding job sheets
• Conduct physical cargo checks and highlight any discrepancies immediately
• Complete Dangerous Goods Declarations in accordance with IATA regulations
• Cross-check physical cargo against DG declarations to prevent shipment rejection
• Advise on DG issues, including rectification options or shipment holds when necessary
• Input cargo weight and dimensions for final Air Waybill execution
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization (e.g., upgrading Master Air Waybill tiers for savings)
• Prepare and organize shipment documentation, cargo labels, and pre-alerts
• Send timely pre-alerts to overseas agents
• Submit FWB/FHL via CW1 and update lodgement details in the SATS portal
• Ensure proper cargo labeling and compliance with airline requirements
• Verify that no incorrect hazard labels or markings are present
• Coordinate with vendors for cargo lodgement and updates
• Support additional operational requests from SATS / DNATA when required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with air export operations, cargo documentation, or freight forwarding is an advantage
• Experience with CW1 / CIMS or similar systems is a plus
