Job Summary

Provide professional facial treatments and consultations on body services and packages. Manage pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations and follow up on client feedback to ensure satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional facial treatments tailored to client needs and treatment plans
• Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to assess client conditions and suitability
• Manage post-treatment consultations to monitor client progress and address concerns
• Follow up with clients to evaluate their attitudes and satisfaction towards treatments
• Provide attentive and responsive customer service to enhance client experience
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
