We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive in a similar industry,

The Sales and Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in promoting high-performance facade solutions to architects, developers, and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for facade systems, curtain walls and building envelope solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and architectural sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings and customer needs.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years proven experience in sales and marketing related to the façades, curtain wall and building envelope systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of facade systems, materials, and industry regulations.
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Candidates with proven industry experience and with good relationships to Consultants related construction industry will also be considered.
