Job Summary

You will manage daily salon operations and deliver professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, extensions, and gel nails while maintaining hygiene standards and advising clients on nail care and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and service quality
• Supervise staff and schedule shifts to maintain adequate coverage
• Deliver professional nail services including manicure, pedicure, nail extensions, and gel nail applications
• Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Evaluate clients’ nail conditions and provide tailored advice on nail care and suitable treatments
• Recommend and apply various nail designs and nail art to meet client preferences
• Keep workstations clean, orderly, and well-stocked with nail supplies
• Advise clients on proper nail care, product use, and color selection
• Promote and sell nail care products to clients
• Schedule client appointments accurately and process payments efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned to support salon operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in nail services is an advantage but not required
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good communication skills and a cheerful personality
