Job Description

Responsibilities

    •  Drive program planning, execution, tracking, governance, and successful delivery across initiatives.
    • Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for program alignment and execution.
    • Manage delivery timelines, scope, budgets, risk, and resource planning across projects.
    • Ensure smooth execution of banking applications, digital transformation, integration, migration, or modernization programs.
    • Monitor program KPIs, milestones, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to ensure overall program health.
    • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
    • Oversee Agile delivery processes, sprint governance, release planning, and production rollouts.
