Job Description
Responsibilities
- 7 plus years of experience in Project Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Automation & Technology Operations with expertise in FinTech, Banking, Telecom and Cloud.
- Expertise in Product & Project Management activities, encompassing planning, design, scope management, budgeting, change management, resource allocation, vendor management, process management and compliance with quality standards; ensuring project delivery within time, cost, and quality specifications.
- Championed project management disciplines and drove Agile practices in areas of services strategy, optimization, while improving delivery capability and growing business.
- Hands on experience in handling ProductDevelopment & Continuous Delivery and T & M, Fixed Budget – Milestone Projects.
- Hands on technical experience in technologies like Python, HTML, MySQL, Linux, Web Server Apache and Tomcat
- Expertise in managing Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Microsoft Project, ClickUp etc. to create and manage end to end project plans, RAID logs, project dashboards etc.
- Expertise in managing tools like Jenkins, OTRS, ERM (Salesforce, SAP, and so on)
- Highly skilled in implementing ITIL based Service Delivery including service catalog management, SLA management, change management, bridge management, operations gap assessments and process excellence.
