Responsibilities

About the Role

Support the Head of Senior Service inoverseeing operations across multiple programmes and service sites. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, strengthening day-to-daymanagement practices, and supporting service leads to achieve performance, quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple programmes and service sites, ensuring services are delivered in line with approved models, SOPs, and funding requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to service leads,strengthening their ability to manage teams, service delivery, and operationalchallenges
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g.utilisation, attendance, outputs, basic outcomes) and work with teams toaddress gaps and improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with funding conditions,reporting requirements, and audit standards, and follow up on any findings or gaps
  • Oversee client processes such as intake,referral, care coordination, and follow-up to ensure services are delivered smoothly and consistently
  • Work across teams (e.g. social work,counselling, community care) to support coordinated and integrated service delivery
  • Support manpower planning, staff deployment, andday-to-day operational resource management
  • Support budgeting and financial monitoring,including tracking expenditure, resource utilisation, and highlighting variances or risks
  • Monitor service capacity and flag operational risks (e.g. staffing gaps, service bottlenecks) with recommendations for action
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. AIC,MSF, NCSS, community partners) on operational matters and support audits,reviews, and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (eg. Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management).
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least5 years in a supervisory or management roles.
  • Experience overseeing programmes or services in social service, community care, orhealthcare settings preferred.
  • Familiar with programme operations, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Exposure to budgeting or resource planning will be an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work across teams in a structured environment.
