Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be adept at creating compelling designs across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and internal teams to bring ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for both business and consumer-driven settings.
• Develop concepts, layouts, and graphics for product illustrations, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Create and execute designs for food packaging, banners, posters, and various collaterals.
• Design graphic for Exhibition booth 
• Conduct photoshoots for banners, posters, and marketing campaigns.
• Prepare vector artworks for production, fabrication, and printing.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, daily content curation, and project specifications.
• Provide guidance on design styles, formats, and print production timelines to internal departments.
• Review final layouts and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Liaise with production teams or printers to ensure clear instructions and high-quality outputs for signages and graphics.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to brand guidelines to produce accurate, high-quality design work.
• Manage tight deadlines effectively, maintaining quality and creativity under pressure.
• Using of AI tools to improve work creativity 
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in a Creative or Design-related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in videography or photography is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
