Automated Systems (HK) Ltd Hiring! Full Time Network Engineer-Specialist (5 days work) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver first and second-tier network support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support for customers’ network equipment issues.
• Manage technical tickets for all incidents and network failures.
• Support various network devices and services (including routers, switches, and firewalls)
• Provide field support as needed for network equipment troubleshooting and emergency diagnostics.
• Availability to work outside of office hours and perform call-out duties as needed (allowance provided)

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Networking, or related disciplines
• 2 years or above related experience to support the network maintenance with firewall, switch etc
• Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered
• CCNA or CCNP holder is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience to have project deployment
• Non office hour work is required for the some project deployment (have OT allowance)
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Working Location

• Shek Mun / Chek Lap Kok/ Cyberport (Have Shuttle Bus)

Working Hour

• Mon-Fri with office hour
