Since its inception in 1961, the Hong Kong Country Club has been acknowledged as one of Asia’s finer private members' clubs and also renowned for its friendly, informal atmosphere, high standard of service and attentiveness of its employees. We are looking for the following talent:
Job Descriptions
Perform all aspects of mis-en-place and setup in restaurant, and at other functions.
Upsell and introduce wine to guests.
Request supplies from stores.
Uncork and decant wines.
Place orders and serve bar items.
Job Requirements
Minimum education level of Secondary 3.
A minimum of 3 years' relevant experiences; Experience in 5-star hotels/private clubs are preferred.
Excellent wine knowledge and service skills required.
Fluent spoken English and good written English.
Skill test is required during interview.
Shift work (5 days per week, 9 hours per day) is required as follows:
11:30 - 21:30 (including 1-hour meal/rest break)
13:00 - 23:00 (including 1-hour meal/rest break)
11:30 - 23:00 (including 2.5-hour meal/rest break)
Remuneration & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: HK$24,570
Staff quarters
5-day work week
Double pay and discretionary bonus
