What you have to do

Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle for Hong Kong. As a project owner to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and constraints. Develop a detailed project plan, including but not limited to timeline, milestones, resources allocation, and budget estimation

Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of each project. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Conduct regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide status updates progress reports, and presentation on project milestones, risks, and issues

Identify and allocate the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project activities. Monitor resource utilization and adjust if necessary to optimize project performance. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards

Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders
What you need to have

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields

5 years of solid experience in project planning and delivery, possess relevant project management skills, and proficiency in using various tools to support project delivery

Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistics management, and/or solution design in automations, 3PL, and related fields is highly preferred

Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work directly with external customers and/or contractors for project implementation

Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Frequent business travel is required within HK

Candidate with less experience can be considered as Project Executive
